Where do I get the promo code for free shipping on Tuesday? There is a Canada post website link they say I have to open to see the promo code, but I don’t see it. Will it appear only if I open this link on Tuesday? Thank you and great content as always :)

Such a small world. Jamie, I know you from Scott and Carl's Reseller Evolution podcast. But I didn't know about this one until I met up with a friend yesterday who mentioned "these two guys, one in Tillsonburg who goes to the bins all the time and uses Stallion Express like you do.." I go, "is his name Jamie/ThriftOnFire?" and well here I am! lol. I have heard that eBay is a lot less willing to remove negative feedback lately. Something something "buyer experience". But it's definitely frustrating when it's not your fault. I sell print ads and I sometimes get people who think they're buying the product being advertised and not the advertisement itself. That's annoying, considering I have "PRINT AD" as my first two words in the title, description, etc. Did you say you had Stallion come pick up your orders from your house?? I'm in Strathroy but that is definitely not an option for me lol. But I don't sell enough for that. I knew someone who lives IN London who sells a ton of clothing and they pick up from his house but that has been since Stallion opened. It will be interesting to see what happens with the bulk/liquidation stuff. I know Encore Auctions does Amazon returns etc. but not sure what else.

Using the phone app makes it appear there is no shipping info. I create drafts on my computer, take pics and add them to the drafts and list them on the phone. I see the app asking for shipping info but I ignore and when I checked later on the computer, all the shipping is still there. So, I don't think that effects the buyer as I have sold many of these listings. Yes, eBay has changed letter mail to economy shipping. Thanks guys for the video, Randy.

Sale of the week here was spent $3 on a Toy Story slinky dog and sold it for $75. I thought I listed it way too high but it sold in 2 days! Insane lol

Hey guys, I just bought a Jadens's printer for about $80 on prime day and it has bluetooth. But bluetooth doesn't work from a computer. (has a cord though). My question is do you print a packing slip with each purchase ?

I put it in my computer and the video ended up being a PETA video called "Meet Your Meet" long story short 20 years later I am still a vegetarian because of that video. Great topic of listing items while watching baseball. That is exactly what I do. I try to get all my pictures taken, so I can watch the Jay's frustratate me while I'm listing my 3-5 items. Fees are fine, what bothers me is fees on the sales tax. I am not even sure if charging fees on the sales tax is legal in Canada.

Thanks for going in depth regarding my question on consoles. I have another question for you guys. I have been trying to list a Fox 40 Electronic Whistle. eBay won't let me list it. eBay says there is no brand name in my title. The brand is Fox 40 and there are multiple listings using that brand name. I have tried many variations of titles. Any thoughts, and has this happened to you?

Haven't had many problems with scammers, just one attempt 2 years ago, guy tried to claim he never received the package...tried to make a claim for a refund, told him tracking showed delivered, he retracted the claim. Just happened to have tracking on that order cause I used to put tracking on orders 20 and up...now tracking goes on everything...even a 4 dollar item. No problems since.

I buy my small boxes from Amazon and bigger ones I need from Dollar Tree, believe it or not. $1.50 for bigger boxes when I need. I get big packs of packing paper from Dollar Tree too.

I will sell practically anything...even Toronto Maple Leaf stuff, lived in Montreal, and there it was a hobby to hate 'em, but a Sens fan now, so basically the same thing. However I still will sell it! As far as Nazi stuff, will sell it, don't collect it which I think is a difference, it is still war memorabilia, just as much as 40's U.S. Army stuff is. I actually discovered Jamie when I met another reseller at Stallion Express dropping off packages and I was telling her how there's no Canadian reseller channels on RUclips and she told me about you. Once she told me the name of your channel I immediately thought of AOF and then when I saw you it all made sense haha 🙂 keep it up guys!

My girlfriend partnered with me she went out and bought $1500 worth of clothes and brought it all over to me so my living room is full of unprocessed bins, my husband is not impressed and a storage unit is not possible right now I’m in an apartment 🤦‍♀️ hopefully sales happen lol no sourcing anymore for a while. hopefully we break even sooner then later oh boy!!

Is it reasonable to sell things that may not have a lot of knowledge on but have good sell through like video games, even if you just break even but getting that eBay train moving…

Going to a couple of church rummage sales tomorrow and maybe a few yard sales, so gonna wear it out. Great seller in my book, don't worries about those negatives in the feedback. I agree, the customer is not always right, I only take the accurate concerns legitimately...at least off line...eBay however is a different beast. I made an editing mistake today, I was editing an ad and somehow my shipping went to 2 bucks...needless to say the item sold in a couple hours. luckily it was for 40 bucks, so just gonna swallow the shipping loss, and the customer got a deal on the shipping. I am gonna be editing more ads over the weekend, even trying a few free shipping on some, and see how that does. Hope you guys have a good night and thank you both for a great video!

Great job guys. With the items I have shipped to the U.S. through EBAY, I haven't used the HS declaration box. It appears on the desktop browser, but I forgot to input it a few times and haven't had any issues. Now that its been 4 months of selling household items (with lots more to go), I'm looking forward to garage sale season. Even if my wife isn't too sure of it. Have a great week!!

Nothing bothers me more then the number of no shows on Market place, or the low balls that attack you when you say no, I sell in Edmonton and I have started reporting g abusive people and no shows. It's about respect. I give deals but don't offer me 20.00 on a 100 item that's new if I am asking 40. Just example

I love those people...I have fun with them. Walmart for example pays roughly 11 cents for flip flops from China, yet sells them here for $14.97. Hope she never goes to the worlds biggest rip off, I.E. Walmart, lol. I have had to deal with people like that too, absolutely no concept on anything. It's one reason why I just don't tell certain people what I do, some are cool, some aren't. people have misconceptions, and think we all should conform to their ideas of how the world works.

I've sold a Stussy Y2K sterling silver necklace chain before. A few years ago and it sold for $139.99, Stussy is cool stuff.
