All you need to do is follow the chime disable sequence.

Same one I have, took 5 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one.

The absolute easiest way to do this is slide a multi-tool blade under the original white plastic panel and cut the front and side tabs, then lift and break it away. Take a small flat head screwdriver to knock the old tabs in the console, then pop the new one on. Takes less than 5 minutes.

Instead of melting the plastic down I’m just gonna use gorilla glue gel around the studs. I’m sure it’ll hold up
