I want to dispute my open chase account. Probably a dumb question. Will the hard inquiries be removed? Before submitting the application I froze my credit. I got an alert to unfreeze my TRANSUNION. I was thrown aback because I heard they use Experian. I was on the phone with Chase letting them know I was in the act of unfreezing but was getting an error message. Finally she said I was denied because credit was froze. When freeze was finally removed a short time later I called back and they needed EXPERIAN freeze removed. I was so puzzled. At any rate the guy stayed on the line while I removed the freeze from Experian. I told him about the Transunion situation and read off the alert but he wouldn't budge and said he'd have to resubmit the application so there will be another pull from my report. I was approved but now I have an inquiry on my Transunion and Experian! So not fair

You can get the dispute letters from the credit companies lol Equifax, Experian and Transunion all have dispute letters to print out.
