Sir I got a 20/25 on the test and recommended to take the B2 exam, But I'd like to dare to C1. Is there a very significant gap in difficulty between B2 and C1 exams?
❤️Thnk you Dame Maggie Smith🙏💐
Started from August I took up working out every day.

Thank you, Julia! 😊 The city in the video is Santillana del Mar in Spain. So glad you enjoyed the video!
I say Data as dah-tah
The way the girl pronounced Controversy is so weird
It is perhaps slightly less common than CONtroVERsy, but correct nonetheless :)

Data was pronounced daita after Star Trek Data Charakter- First one was Patrick Stewart 😅
Can somebody explain the bottle of water joke? It seems like americans have the weird pronunciation to me.
So add extra letters that aren't in the word when I say it and I'll sound British lol.
its the amaricans that are taking away letters
i think i speak britch american english
As a Canadian, I'm stuck between these two. But I've never been sure how to pronounce 'basil', and I guess this explains why.
There is only one I in aluminum.
Yes, but there are 2 in aluminium.
The man who first discovered Vitamins pronounced it the American way because of “ viral” “ vitality” etc.
great?
And as for “garidge”! Thst is not how it is properly pronounced in England. It’s the same as the American except that the stress is usually on the first syllable (American generally stress French words on the last syllable, eg “Bernard”.
What accent does she have?
Czech /s
This is called RP (received pronunciation)
Controversy is correctly pronounced in English English with the stresses on the first and third syllables, not the way this English person says it. She is incorrect.
Hi Bruce, both pronunciations are correct, I've always heard (and always said) controversy, with the stress on the second syllable. I wouldn't want people to think its wrong after reading your comment, so both are correct, just so you guys know ☺️
@@EnglishwithIssy I think you are confusing “correct” with “commonly heard”. Even done BBC reporters get it wrong.
@@brucewood7437I mean, when a word is commonly said one way, it isn't "incorrect" at all 🤷♂️ all words are made up by society, and if the society decided to say it differently then so be it haha as we say in Brazil "the voice of the people is the voice of god" 😅
I never have understood how the British can say "aluminum', as "aluminium" They add another syllable between the "n", and the second "u".
It’s spelt differently outside of North America. Aluminum in the US, aluminium nearly everywhere else.
Americans drop letters in words, Brits don't. It's Aluminium, and spelt as such.
Alumium is the original name. Scientists change the name to the British Aluminium. The original guy that found the metal renamed it from Alumium to Aluminum in a text book. Then another guy that mass produced it, called it both but to the public Alumium sounds like Platinum so it would make it valuable. ruclips.net/video/i9iIUazclUI/видео.html
@@Rejoice1631 Because we spell it differently. It’s the same with “airplane” and “aeroplane”.

Sword is actually correct as they said it, its just your accent
Accent do not reflect the truths the original one is important
It also depends on the accent of the people and the differences between American/British English
free palestine
Thanks
You British people better enjoy alcohol while you still can
