thats because its GPU bound most of the time so even more powerful CPU won't matter but if you use any Upscaling or Frame Generation then you will use your CPU's full potential and get more performance

that overlay is from MSI Afterburner its very easy to do

i7 4590 is about 15% faster than the i5 4590 and it has multi threading, it will be be better but not too much

There is bottleneck its mainly GPU bound this game doesn't have many NPC or Vehicles roaming the maps most of the time the GPU is at 95-99% usage but the CPU is at around 60% However if you watch the last section of the video where there is many Machines, Islands and Water you will see that at some point GPU goes to 75% and the CPU reaches 98% usage

it depends on what you have on screen but most of the time the GPU is the bottleneck here which is better than being CPU bound

yeah you will most of the time

your i7 950 is faster than the i5 3470 so you can easily get around 60FPS on ultra settings @1366*768 and you have to have at least 12GB ram

yeah the port is very well optimized the UI and graphics settings are also well done and it looks very good even on a system like the one i have

@@thirtyfivefps CPU usage is at 100 percent and vram usage at 3876 MB most of the time. Tough to guess that's why I asked because both seems like a bottleneck to me.

first, upgrade your cpu atleast to i5 3470 or i7 even better. 2 cores not relevant anymore this day of gaming ( even the threads not gonna help) it'll fix your stuttery or at minimum lessser it, then your vram usage, no wonder it gets to that high of amount with the setting you have, try maybe medium-ish also rly depend on the game you play, certain games not using much of vram when set to high like gta v when i tried it, but more recent than gta 5 games might uses more vram since the graphics get more complexed or detailed idk. but all and all UPGRADE YOUR CPU and MAYBE SET TO LOWER GRAPHIC SETTINGS

i did play warzone on this card its not good, even on low settings you won't be able to hit anyone whenever you have someone around you it will have a huge frame drop and games like warzone on low setting @768p its looks terrible i think i had some problem with recording thats why i did not upload it

Quadro P2000 is way more powerful than the 1050 ti P2000 almost has 1650 level performance

you can easily play on 1080p resolution
