If this device is connected to the router and One device is fully charged, then will the backup be taken from the battery or from the charger? Please reply.
How much time does it take to charge from 0 to 100?
Can I turn off the UPS while AC power is connected? The user manual states that holding the power button for 2 seconds should turn it off, but I've tried this, and it only turns off in battery mode. It remains on when connected to AC power. Is this how it's supposed to work?

why sounds coming from the mini ups?
This indicates a broken capacitor
I've had this product for almost a year now. I noticed the battery had gotten weaker and barely lasts up to 4 hours (it could go 12hrs when i first got it). I checked the label on the back and it said 3.7v 10000mah for the battery So i opened the device to see what the battery looks like so i can replace it. On opening I found 2 batteries of each 3.7v 5000mah ratings connected in series, which gives an output of 7.4v 5000mah. The product is WRONG!! for saying the battery has a 10000mah capacity.
The problem with your UPSs for devices is that they don't have more than 12V on DC jacks. Your models with PoE don't support 1Gbps speeds, and Gigabit PoE injectors from other manufacturers can't be used because they need 18-57V DC, and your UPSs don't have it. Also, modern equipment needs higher voltages. For example, Mikrotik devices for optimal power supply need 24V DC.

Can i use 12v Onu and 9v Router together? If i can, than which volt should i choose in the power selector?
Unfortunately, the device only has a single DC port, which means it can only output one voltage at a time. However, there is a method we could try. You could test each device separately under a different voltage (ONU at 9V and router at 12V). If both devices can operate under the alternate voltage, and their combined rated power does not exceed 18W, we could attempt powering them simultaneously using a Y-splitter cable.
In that case which Voltage mode should i choose let me know please 🥺
@@RakibHasan07h We recommend referring to the user manuals of both devices to check if they specify the input voltage range. If the input voltage range of one device, as stated in its manual, is compatible with the voltage range of the other device, you may consider connecting them. However, if the manuals do not provide this information, from a standpoint of equipment protection, we do not recommend simultaneously connecting these two devices to a single DC port.

The KP1 I bought had issues, I had to return it. It can’t sustain power to my PoE enabled Ubiquiti Radio, even though the power ratings is same (24V, 0.5A) Radio keeps rebooting

@@marsriva_official lo he verificado, sin embargo he visto que tiene en la página web diferencias importantes con respecto a los que ví en la tienda. Por ejemplo, en la web dice que el voltaje de entrada es de 220v, el que ví es de 120v ( que corresponde con lo que usamos en Venezuela) y la batería interna en la web dice que es 12v 7amp x 2 y en la tienda me indican que es 12v 7amp x 1 y pues, es para el caso de los modelos mr-uf1000 y mr-uf1500. Los estoy viendo porque mi presupuesto es ajustado y ya tengo un par de kp3 y sus productos son una maravilla

KP2 may not fully meet your requirements, but our KP1 series can cater to your needs.KP1 series features two 12V and one 9V DC output.
