I think one reason people been playing though is because you’ll see these games go on sale for example I only have a PS4 right now and I think if I remember right the whole reason I picked up horizon zero Dawn is because it was nine dollars or even less parade around there so people are like oh I already paid for it for their you know full price or that much once already why do I gotta do it again as for the $1200 or I mean 1200 units rather I apologize I think that’s just a marketing tactic to make people fight to get them that much harder Either way I’m a very big fan and I’m very excited for this channel cause I value your opinion when it comes to video game, especially because you help me get back into games and through a lot of depression and continue to help me so any content I can get I look forward toI’m also a longtime twitch follower. I don't know if it's a joke or something, but Helldrivers is an IP from Sony, they don't own the studio, but the IP is theirs and of course they put the money to produce the game, it is not an indie game.

i will give 5/10 on the ghost of yotei game... not because of the female part, but the fact they did not show petting fox in the trailer. ok maybe 6/10 because you see a cool wolf frankly except yotei we saw most game in the other state of play earlier this year, they did show a couple of gameplay, but i'm most interested in seeing new content.

Everyone rebooted up The Witcher when it got raytracing and upres texturing. So to say that you're never going to play a remastered version of Horizon is hypocrisy. Only youtubers are begging the question "Why?". Cmon no one else is.

I had the same thoughts about Ghost of Yotei. I immediately rolled my eyes thinking people will be so angry we get a female Ghost, and I really hope those people can get over their insecurities with playing as a female protag. I'm excited. The original is one of my favorite games ever, and I can't wait for this one.

What's the point of doing a state of play when 90% of games are multiplatform? Only 1 exclusive game “ghost of yotei” ! And again it will be released on PC shortly after, which means 0 exclusives in reality. Even the Xbox showcase had more Xbox exclusive games and many more first party games. Multi-platform games, remasters and a sequel, no new IP, ..... the good times of PlayStation are long gone. Playstation no longer has money to create games, only remasters: easy cash, low investment, exorbitant prices on consoles, games, paid updates, dlc, and accessories to try to cover their costs. Probably the worst PlayStation generation and the future doesn't really look good for them!

I think why people get negative or mad towards remakes and remasters is whoever is doing the remake or remaster has to give a lot of effort! That's obvious. That effort they're getting to make a remake or a remaster WELL put it towards a new game a new IP! NO they're overlords or their bosses are telling them to do the remake or remaster to keep pumping out that money. I don't know that's just my thoughts! I agree don't just buy it then BUT when 10 games are shown and over half are remakes and remasters the public who pays for these games gets ticked off. I'm not saying that happened during this showcase but....

Helldivers is not an indi IP but a SONY IP

The dragons from Skyrim, a game from 13 years ago, look better than the one from the new Dragon Age, a game releasing in 2024.

I initially was quite confused and disappointed towards a Horizon Zero Dawn remaster. Ironically, it's one of my top 5 favorite games, and I found it before it blew up in popularity and became one of the PlayStation staples that it is today. I still adore the game, but I did not think it needed to get the remaster treatment. It just didn't make sense considering how well the base game holds up. Now with the reveal that you can upgrade your save file to the remastered version for $10, I'm more forgiving and open to it. With that said, I'd agree with many where there are many more older games that could be remastered like Sly Cooper or Killzone. Personally, I'd prefer those resources go towards a new exclusive IP or even a sequel. Glad to see a new Ghost game. Still waiting to see what Naughty Dog is cooking up. Hopefully with the PS5 Pro, we'll continue to finally get some new games in 2025.

Not going to pay $700 for a pro it is a joke. But DLC for Astro Bot for me the game of the year ,Ghost of Yotei and a few other games that look good. And can never see to much MH Wilds it is my most anticipated game! B+ for me seen enough good looking games to make me happy. I think theyre saving up for TGS. State of play had GoT2 (GoY), AstroBot dlc. Steller blade crossover, Palworld release Theyre leaving out Silent hill 2, Death Standing 2, Wolverine, Little Devil inside, Tower of Aghasba. And other ips
