yes you can
ive tried installing srp player to setup for this machine but it fails to launch saying its missing the mill driver. the driver page for the mdx 50 is blank, should i be using a program like vcarve instead since srp player doesnt work?
You need to install the stuff on the disk, I had the same issue.

True what he said . Been using it over 4 years .NO PROBLEMS! NONE! Only the Quatro(Canadian vacuum system). Like he said margins are dead on (I'm a 20+ year cast metal ceramist) Getting ready to buy a second one to use till retirement. Small lab my wife and I, best piece of equipment we've bought.
How does this machine compare to something like the shapeoko?
This is a different league. The Shapeoko is a powerhouse that will happily rough up any material to an approximate shape. This is a delicate precision machine that will do what you tell it, but won't be cutting metal.
