Google Chrome Extension built with Bubble.io
Просмотров 768Год назад
I show off a Google Chrome extension I built with the no code tool Bubble.io (and a little JavaScript) that helps me keep track of items to complete on the various pages of my Bubble.io app. I'm actually considering adding a dashboard and backend to this extension and then marketing it to Bubble.io developers and building a micro SAAS application. If interested, let me know in the comments and ...
This Bubble.io Plugin Changes everything
Просмотров 263Год назад
Bubble.io has long been a preferred no code tool for building web apps. The same could be said for Flutterflow being used for mobile apps. However, when you need both a web app and mobile app sharing the same backend, the solution(s) have been cumbersome at times. This new plugin changes the landscape of building both web and mobile apps in different no code platforms while sharing the same bac...

Dittofi and Bubble - Repeating Groups
Просмотров 62Год назад
This video shows the similarities and some differences between how Dittofi and Bubble.io handle repeating groups. Both handle them quite well and are straightforward to work with. If you are comfortable with Bubble.io, a lot of the concepts in Dittofi are very similar and should seem "natural" to you. If you have a specific topic you would like for me to address, please let me know in the comme...
Dittofi Partials vs. Bubble.io Reusable Elements
Просмотров 58Год назад
A quick video explaining the similarities of implementing partials in Dittofi and reusable elements in Bubble.io. Both tools handle this extremely well. I like Dittofi's way of handling this slightly better since the partial can actually be edited from any page it appears on.
Dittofi vs Bubble.io - Showing and Hiding Elements

In this video, I show you how to hide and show elements in both Dittofi and Bubble.io. This effect is easy enough to achieve in both tools and another great feature that is available to nocode developers.
Dittofi Variables and Actions vs Bubble.io States and Workflows
Просмотров 182Год назад
With all the recent uproar in the NoCode space recently, I though it would be good to start showing how to do similar things in different tools. In this video, I show you how to create a simple counter in Dittofi using variables and Front End actions and Bubble.io using states and Workflows. Hopefully this simple video will show some of the similarities and differences between these two powerfu...

how did you make your app as a chrome extension
thanks man! awesome
Thanks for the tutorial. It would be awesome to see a video on how to do repeating group paging when Data is from an API call!
With Table feature this cannot do the same.
I am interested
My laptop's fan is louder that the audio! I can barely hear anything even at max volume. Please boost the audio! Great video otherwise!
great stuff!!
Great Job and Thank You -- This was super enabling.
It is very helpful to me. I am really appreciated!😀
my filtered by is not working properly your video 5:13 sec
Thanks
Thank you so much for the tip. I've been searching for how to make a floating group responsive for 2 days, then it struck me at 1:18, it's just about min fixed-width. That simple but somehow skipped that part in my head. The trick with shadow is awesome too, thnx mate!
thank you!
Amazing! thank you
Hello, thanks for the video. Can you help me with the rows per page field? I can't set the correct condition 😮💨
Really well done.
Hey there! It's been about three months since you made that video! I'm really curious, how's your experience been testing out Dittofi? I'm a big fan of AppGyver myself, but you know, the whole vendor lock-in thing can be a hassle. I stumbled upon this tool just a week ago, and it seems pretty promising. So, I'm really interested in hearing your take on it!
Hi how can I make the page count dynamic if for example I filter by status?
You can check out this video for examples of how to filter repeating groups using custom states. ruclips.net/video/6Fykdt81Xmg/видео.html Otherwise, your filter could just be a new database query with the constraints you prefer.
Good post. Thank you for sharing. Can you please also share a video on how to add a status dot on the icon? Thanks
Great suggestion!
This is fantastic, thank you!! Also, I'd LOVE to see a way to implement a "Go to page x" function, as it would nicely complement what you've shown here... Any thoughts on how to do that?
Hello, how do i refresh the repeating group content?
Awsome, a great example how to do pagination without using javascript modules
Hi I have advanced a lot. But why the pages are accumulative in my case, for example in your 3rd page only shows last 2 items, and mine shows mixing the 2nd and 3rd page.
Hi @lucianoxborges Just enable the "Show partial list on last page"-flag on the repeating group (the flag can be found within the "Appearance"-tab). Didn't see it either to begin with :)
Fantastic explanation, much better way of doing pagination than using a third party plugin
Can you tell the same for checkboxes? Even if I select multiple checkboxes like blue shirt and full sleeves filter should return the specific filtered data.
You certainly could include multiple filters based on multiple checkboxes being selected and assuming the api of course supports the additional filters.
Tks Great Tutorial....
Finally an easy-to-implement pagination solution without the need for a dedicated plugin. Thanks a lot!
Thanks a lot great vid
Awesome!
Excellent video - very well presented - very clear - Well done and thank you!!
Thanks for sharing, excellent tutorial.
Thank you for the video and the explanation. My forms are complex in structure and grouping to be responsive and user-friendly; each field is in a group, and for each input field, there is an icon to show if the entry is valid and a text element to display a message on how to enter the data. Sometimes the elements are dropdown, check box, or select date. Currently, I have to click the tab button couple of times to move to the next field, and for the dropdown, I don't see a cursor or focus. How can I fix the tab order issue without using plugins? I appreciate your help in advance
Awesome Video! Do you have a video showing how to do the page/ pagination dropdown selection?
thank you so much sir..
Great explanation! Thanks :)
how you setup this APi calll??????????????//
You will need to use the API Connector Plugin by Bubble
great explanation, congrats and thanks you
Pleade keep these vifeos coming!!!
As title suggests, and my experience confirms, this won't work with the current engine. I like to stay away from Beta versions. If you fear Beta versions, like me just use a floating group as your header. So far this works. Any thoughts? Details: The parent-child box won't work with headers placed into floating groups. You can't put a header into a floating group as far as my (limited, but frustrating) experience shows.
Thanks for your video. In my case using groups to order fields was not feasible. I did find it easy to set the tab order by reordering (dragging) elements in the Element Tree. You can right click on an element/field and select "Reveal in Elements Tree" to go right to the Element in question.
The new responsive engine has definitely changed the way things work a bit. Reordering elements via the element tree is definitely a huge improvement and tremendous time saver.
Eu tava preocupado aqui amigo. Muito obrigado pelo comentario que me ajudou! Saude!
And Tab = ENTER ?? Why add ? tks
Great explanation. Thank you 😊
Thank you, you helped me a lot. My congratulations for the videos. Just help me with one thing, I couldn't make the repeater group decrease like yours, what did you put in the layout? Greetings from Brazil.
I would also like to know
Hi, I had same problem and it was solved by checkbox "Showpartial list on last page if needed" checkbox in repeatingGroup settings
great tutorial. seems like you're the only one who has actually figured out a way to do that. but is there also a way of doing this for a text based search? i need to filter my repeating group for jobtitles.
This would be somewhat dependent on the API you are using and if they have the ability to do text based queries - but practice the concept would be the same.
It will be great If you post how to make a reusable left sidebar with the new responsive engine! I'm struggling on how to make its behavior be on full size on the screen, adapting to any kind of content height
Thanks!
Awesome video - Will this work with your "filter a repeating group from API" implementation as well? I.E. if we are on page 1 and search for something on page 3 it will appear in the results? Thanks!
Most API's do allow for some pagination functionality so it would simply be a matter of ensuring the API logic was correct - but it could definitely work.
