Underneath the Stars, written by Kate Rusby and arranged by Jim Clements. This is warm-up rehearsal footage ahead of our Unplugged Concert 18th Dec 2021 at St. Mary’s Church and, as such, a bit raw. Conducted by Sam Gilliatt and a debut solo by 12 year old Darcy Preston.

A recording of O Holy Night by the Senior Choir and the first engagement after coming out of lockdown. This was a request for a piece for the VOCES8 Winter Festival, as part of the 'Live From London Series'. For many singers this was their first performance with the Senior Choir, and we are incredibly proud of them all for producing this, after working for so long remotely on Zoom independently.

A rehearsal just before lockdown. The Senior Choir featuring soloists Hannah Rowe and Tom Masters sang this arrangement by Mat Wright. This was an early rehearsal where the piece was just beginning to take shape. Gospel singer Carla Jane came to run and workshop and helped us shape the piece.

This was the first rehearsal back after 14 months of being unable to rehearse due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Sadly this involved only half of the Senior Choir. Those over 18, some of our strongest singers, were not allowed to rehearse because of government guidance.
