My fingerprint reader is not working or being recognised. Can you please tell me how can I enable it or make it work, or can you share me the driver or driver name for it under device manager. Thanks in advance 🙏

@@shriramg.5086 It is really strange because if you lay your finger on the power button, you can hear the sound of a connected device. After three second, the sound is of the device disconnected. Within this 3 seconds, you can check a biometrics fingerprint device in device manager. So, I tried the solution here: named "Huella digital de Windows Hello: esta opción no está disponible actualmente" (search in youtube) . It worked to register new fingers, and it works on its connection for this 3 seconds, enough to unlock the comuputer. I don't know how can I do to avoid disconnection, but anyway, it works.
