For the freezer parts it takes a while to find them. I know I must have looked for a very long time until I got those, just going from one area to another until I got everything. You need to use the hourglass in the indicated areas until you find them.

That can happen, especially when you have a full inventory :))) Good thing you cand craft them on the rebel crafting bench using 4 plastoid, 2 glass, 1 basic compass and 1 power cell

Not long if I remember properly, maybe a few minutes or so.. You can do another quest if you have any and then return to Merlin.

I just found them around the island/valley using the hourglass and already have a lot of them in my inventory, they're very common.

Hi. You need to wait to finish Merlin's quests. There is no other way of unlocking it:)

Hi! There is no shortcut in getting Oswald. You first need to wait for Merlin until he's ready to give you the first quest to unlock the Sunken Ruins: ruclips.net/video/ybJWVlTpyi0/видео.html, then you automatically get the next quest: ruclips.net/video/Biy2CJgYMYw/видео.html. Only after you finish this you will be able to reach Oswald. It's worth the wait. Oswald's quests are awesome!

Once you catch a purple thermal fish the recipe will show up at your crafting bench.

There are a few ways to fish: look for the coloured ripples around the world, fish randomly or use a bait bucket to increase your chances. I used a bait bucket to make sure I'm fishing something useful :)
