温莎不是一个小城市，根据维基百科，按加拿大标准，算是中等城市，跟邻近的伦敦市是同一类，温莎市本身有23万人，加上临近的几个小镇，大温莎区有42万人，无论是城区人口还是都市区人口，在全国排名第16位，比较中国城市的排名，排在全国前第16位的城市是济南（特大城市）。

温莎夏天非常热，全年风大，空气质量差！

温莎的地税那么高，会不会负担比较重？地税严重增加了生活成本，另外温莎的宜居程度如何？自来水的水质之类的

房源多了销量没涨，为什么价格会涨呢?

That line being thst perfect, I'll bet you there is a drive way or at least a pathway where heavy stuff passes close by thr home, mix that with poor drainage from the roof, onto the ground, and this straight line is very common... Bow, if thst lune was staggered in the cinder blocks, drainage problem, on the high side of the land plot... Meaning, this wall faces the high side, collecting a water table pressure and cant flow around the house base structure and just pushes all over the blocks.. On both corners, outside, holes can be drilled, with auger attachment, down to the floor line of basement, then run those two holes trenched out to lower terrain fir drainage or removal of water.. after about a month, if you are lucky, the soil might dry up a bit, and the cinder blocks may/can settle back flat... If not, a trencher line about 1 foot or 3 away the full width of the home, also, down to the floor line of the basement, just releiving the pressure of the soil/water pushing on the wall, and the weight of the building structure will over power the 1 to 3 foot of soil and push it back as the blocks lever themselves back to flat, as thr soil, only needs to move about 1/4 of an inch, directly behind the separated joint line, let it doit slowly, to the blocks hinge naturally how they went open, it you try to force it quickly, the blocks will shift on you, now you have problems further to deal with. Then, cover trench slot with boards, (safety), leave trench empty for a week, hope for rain, if no rain, water modestly, the full length/width of building structure... Once blocks settle back flat, you can drop your tile in, follow guild lines for the brand of tile work.. this will not rectify the water leeching through the basement wall, this will just buy you time to figure corrective measures to deal with the outside of wall, with water barrier, and new exo-wall, but, is allot of work on that one.. good luck..
