Had the same situation when friend was on 4:3 and i was on 16:9
I've had it even worse once in a BTB map, the entire map floor was glitched and I couldn't see a thing but the enemies could see my just fine. Completely unplayable, this was a while ago though. Seems to be worse on forge made maps.

Because the teammates calling out has an aspect ratio of most likely 16:9 which is normal. Rather than the 4:3 aspect ratio used by the player capturing the footage and kekic.- who we are spectating.
