You did a really great job and with perfection, i loved this upgrade and also want to do it with my Ender 3 model Q.1 = can i add 3-4 color printing heads? Q2. = if yes, could you please drop me the links for the upgrading additional parts to change ? Q.3 = do i need to change the firmware code along with hard ware, or not needed if the board is preloaded with the firmware? Q.4 = in addition of all extra hardwares, do i need to upgrade the power supply unit? if yes then please drop the voltage, amp & watt here. Q.5 = does changing such motherboard and other hardware components affect my printing quality ?

Wow that's crazy the kit cost more then the bambu lab a1. I rather buy the bambu lab then I'll have 4 colors and new printer. I only have ender 3 but I am considering upgrading.

is it possible to run the cr10 beta kit with a direct drive extruder for the main? I can't seem to find any pics of it installed to see if the extruder would interfere. Wanting to add soluble support material on my larger format machine.

Interesting video, thank you for sharing your knowledge and your experience! However, I would like to point out the obvious extruder problem of the non-enclosed printer in the ABS torture test as I havent seen anyone talking about it. As it can be seen around 27:20, the extruder is grinding a significant amount of filament. I strongly believe that this extruder problem contributed directly to the poor quality of your ''non-enclosed'' print and that the difference with the ''enclosed'' part would not be as significant using a non-enclosed machine with a properly adjusted extruder.

I have an Ender three pro and I’ve been looking for something like this or printer like this and this is exactly what I’m looking for as an upgrade for my enter three pro however. What I want to do is print models and use the water dissolving filming as support material.. is that configurable within the slicer or whatever slicer that supports idex?

Is this design ridged enough t for the faster core xy printers like the ones from Bambu lab? They can shake the crap out of the tables I’ve sat them on so I can imagine have 2+ printers would shake this enough to cause issues with the prints. Have you setup a core xy printer in these enclosures yet?
