The heavy duty blade is reversible so you can flip when worn out. Nice video on taking attachment off and reinstalling
Thank you for the comment. The double sided blade did throw me off for a minute. Guess I didn't anticipate a genius move by DR.
Nice
Thanks for the response. It helps.
Have a great day
John, you are the best! Thanks so much for your business. Y'all are awesome! We appreciate you! Great video!

That winch appears to have had nooo trouble pulling that tree. Of course, neither did the tractor! When carrying those logs however, or any other load fir that matter, please Please PLEASE keep the load low to the ground and only lift high like that to clear obstacles or place load. This is just something really bad ready andc waiting to happen. That sure is a beautiful place you guys have there!!
Thank you for that excellent comment. I hope everyone reads that. It is so true. The shot of the load high is only to get it through the gate, or to dump it on the burn pile.. We kept it low during transports. Great comment. Thank you.
To be fair, for a first whack at something, you did a great job. Tge instructing chap, putting his hands over the bar etc while telling you what to do should’ve been ignored thoroughly and made to leave the scene because he’s dangerous to have around and you don’t want that on your conscience… Not only that but he also seemed thoroughly unpleasant. Just a bit of a safety tip: if and when possible, try to hold the saw where the kickback arrestor will work, should the worst happen. Don't take any of this personally of course, it’s your very first go and you got it where it needed to be. Also, if you want to learn more, there’s Buckin’ Billy Ray Smith (a great bloke if a bit cheesy 😀) and there’s also Scott from The Essential Craftsman with a few chainsaw videos packed with good advice. Oh, yeah, one more thing to be wary of…. It gets really addictive, the wielding of a chainsaw and it’s possible to look out of your window one morning and question the lack of visible trees in your garden…. 😀 Ask me how I know 😀
Im sure this guy prob also votes for Harris in a few weeks...bc he seems like a yuppy who loves $4/gal gas dont ya Iffykid???

Why do you weirdos have to pop up everywhere? Go away and finger your cat and don’t allow yourself to dwell on politics and the idiots in charge. You’ll lose friends (on the off-chance you have any) if that’s all that rules your mind. They’re all the same, these politicians, you thoroughbred donut. :) :)

What size bar were you running on the saw?
25 inch bar.
Burning is highly underutilized. It takes care of the plants, and any seeds that are laying on the surface. I've got some beans growing in my garlic patch right now. Once they're done, that whole section of the bed is getting done crispy style before the garlic goes in.
Thank you for that. I too think burning is more efficient than folks think.
BAD BOY IS A HORRIBLE MOWER I HAVE THE 22 MAVERICK HD EFI HONDA WHAT A MISTAKE SHOULD'VE GOTTEN THE CHEETAH 2 AS THAT WAS MY ORIGINAL CHOICE ALSO LIFT THE SHOOT FLAP I'M GETTING AN ADVANCED SHOOT WHICH I PUT ON ALL OF MINE CAN'T WAIT GETTING IT END OF SEASON LOVE THE CHEETAH SERIES 🎉🎉 WITH THE EFI KAWASAKI POWER HOUSE😎😎

@@Bremmer2023 looks good
right off the bat , don't hook the chain so far back on the log safer to hook closer to the end of it
Thanks, will do. I have plenty of logs to learn on.
why didn't you limb the tree FIRST ? Why not use the tractor ?
I did something similar to that. I made a hitch with the winch on it. There was a steep gravel boat ramp into my favorite fishing hole. My 2wd truck wouldn't be able to climb out of there empty let alone pulling the boat up out of the water. I put a bigger wheel on the jack and winched the boat in and out of the water.
Without that rear mount system, it would have never happened. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a new front bumper system. The rear mount was only 75 bucks.
did it rain while they were spraying ? i bet there air pockets behind the little bubbles.
No rain while spraying. I'm not sure what difference that would have made.
The birds love to make nests in that stuff .box in that shop.😊
They didn't tell me that in the brochure. Thanks, I'll monitor that.
Lovely stump grinder! 😎👍
It's all about what's under the hood.
chemicals yuck....
You know you can hold a beer in the other hand. You must think of your hydration.
Ahhhh, a scientific approach. lol.
Good old fashioned diesel........did I say that out loud?
Oooooooold school. lol
Torching is effective but weeds will return eventually. I did problem areas and fences lines on 1.5 acres and it lasted about twice as long as round up but also cost a whole tank of propane. So pros and cons like everything
I may try roundup if they sprout again. Problem is that inside a barn you have to time it in that short period where the sun is hitting the plant for the roundup to take effect. Always a battle.
the fun way lol and all that carbon from the burned weeds will raise the nitrogen level
I do like playing with fire. Is that a bad thing?
man I sure do miss having my case 580L xtendahoe around. Once picked my one ton up with a chain and then set it on blocks in order to change a clutch. I have done lawn mower blades and oil changes a like. I always put something like center bloks blocks under the tires of on jack stands and let it down on the support if getting under it. But Reaching the arms under no big. At worst case I scrape up my arms before I shit my pants. Lol
Well said. Thanks for the comment.
Lifting that mower like you did gave me an idea for milking the cows. Easier on the back!
Do it! I'll even come video. lol
Ive.seen some beds with a layer of logs on. the bottom
I've heard of using logs, but it seems they would take a long time to break down. Branches and pine needles would be a good choice.
im in california and is not as bad but it can be but i know that texas heat gets crazy sometimes nicely done

I work at a school that has three cows, and part of my job is taking care of them. They all came from herds, and I have been working to make them friendly so they can interact with the kids. One thing for sure, they are like big dogs, and because I always feed them treats like apples, bananas, and carrots, they come when I call them.
Cows will eat bananas? I love it.

Hello, interested on buying. What is your opinion of this sprayer? Quality of build? Ease of use? The basics..
The sprayer works great. Easy to use, starts up every time. I've had no problems with it. Go for it.
@@Bremmer2023 Thanks!
Sugihara and Tsumura have been manufacturing light bars for some time made of tool steel. Stihl and Husqvarna have only been in the light bar market recently. I purchased a Sugihara 20“ bar for my MS361 years ago and the saw no longer nose dived to the ground when setting is down. With the 20“ Stihl bar the tip would lay in the ground. Great review!
Thanks for the comment. I was told Sugi Hara made the light bars for Husky.
Very cool ❤❤❤
Thank you! I wasn't sure how this could be done in a non destructive way, most videos are for a wood barn.
Thank you. I appreciate you watching.
I've had mine for 4 years and love it. I have owned saws since 1973.
I'm shocked that I was impressed by a 50cc saw after cutting with 70 and 90cc saws. Thanks for your comment.
Some mighty purdy wood, there!
Thanks for the review. I call this the perfect all around saw. I bought the original 550xp just before a big ice storm hit and caused us to have to clear up about 7 acres of damage on our property. The saw was amazing. I cut almost daily for about 3 weeks. I could not have been happier! After 11 years, I still use it. I got a good deal on the Mark 2 and it is ready to go into action. I keep thinking about selling the old one, but haven't decided, it is still a great running saw.
Right on
Wow very nice.
nice piece of wood , i'd make a slab table or chairs, also your videos are coming out low in resolution 360p i'd say turn it up to atleast 720p it will be alot clearer thxs for the content !
I have three more logs out of this cedar tree. Table and chairs are a good idea.
@@Bremmer2023 ya seen those split table with the epoxy through them some look really cool especially with those nice colors
Haven't seen those. I'll do some searching. That was just a third of the cedar logs we have.
two guys with cant hooks could have turned that log over faster and not slid the sawmill sideways.
You're probably correct. Still getting over the learning curve.
