The process started in February, and I received the replacement in July. If one decides to accept the buyout or plan on accepting cash in order to keep the vehicle that process is quicker. If one accepts a replacement you can upgrade to whatever vehicle you choose.

The thing is this, there are states or areas that only sell or carry 91 or 93 octane. In my area and the company I uses only sell 93. I might travel out of state and 91 will work just as well on that tune. Hope that helps

Hello, I did a video on what the dealership did to fix it. Since then, the truck was bought back by Ford for other issues. On that issue they replace a module. I have a few videos on different issues feel free to check them out.

@robertgentile6799 In order for the dealership to replace that part, the driveshaft, muffler and gas tank had to be dropped. Imagine if a person is out of warranty and the labor cost that would be out of the pocket..

The dealership stated that's normal, and that's the way it's designed to be. To me that's to much water dripping into the tray.

Well, buddy, my truck is a Hybrid Google how they operates... I'm not on here to fool anyone, here to share what I know what others might not be aware of. About 33% of the time in city driving the vehicle runs on the batteries, cranks up for about a minute or two to charge the battery then back to Hybrid mode. Hope this enlightens you a bit.

Question, have you put your truck in park then have someone walk away with your keys, let's say about 20' away then try to move your shifter from park to drive. Live your truck running when the person walks away from your truck with the keys ...Let me know what happened

Seems like the security feature only prevents someone from taking it out of Park if the key is too far. Yes I started my truck put it in drive then gave my key to my wife who walked a couple hundred feet away and I was still able to drive. Then came to a stop put it in Park (still she wasn't near the truck) and then it still let me shift back into drive with no issues. However this is a weird situation to ever be in.

You are correct it's the Blue Ridge 129, I took it to my painter and had him soft sand it by the inside and painted it. It was hard getting tint shops to wrap it. I blacked it out.

Yes, as we all know, each company tries to come out with options the other doesn't have or better but haven't tested fully, so the buyers are left to bring those issues to their attention. Engine size, I went with the Powerboost 3.5 with the 7.2KW . I recently started hearing a short clunk from pulling off after a complete stop which ill be taking it to the dealership to find out what's really causing that.

It's people like you that's always find negative in any positive someone is bringing to light. Understand this and I hope there's someone around you that could enlighten you a bit to be on the positive side...It seems like because you know of something that everyone knows it to...Sounds like a person that knows it all which makes you a FOOL. Like you said, it isn't a secret to most, so what about the others that's not aware of that option.....Stay positive, but I had to put you in your place because you needed that enlightening.

Thanks. The Sunroof was told to me by the dealership that the way the water is dripping is normal. They did replace the two vents behind the back seats which helped with the moisture smell.

Yes I did. I had a piggy fuse in my fuse box that was plugged into the auxiliary fuse. I take it that it was pulling more current even though the fuse I added was smaller than the main fuse in line. Took it off and didn't have that issue

@Shawk if you are going with the same options like you had on your 21 on the 23 talk with your case manager letting them know that you didn't plan on paying $10k for the replacement, that it's not your fault that the vehicle came with an issue. That you would like an even replacement. The vehicle is being replaced for it being faulty to the point it cannot be repaired to the correct functioning manor. That this issue is from their end and an even replacement would only be fair. If they not sounding like that will happen consult with an attorney for advice

Keep notes and if you can record it. Take it to the dealership, it's under warranty so no out of pocket cost. I would think you under 36000 miles. Take it back to the dealership as long as it's acting up. Keep me posted and any questions you might have, feel free to ask.

Yes the first time it had like a lil over 2000 miles this time it has 9400 miles it’s been at the dealer for over a week so I’ll see this week see what they figures out

Keep a record of the issue and then reach out to Ford 1-800-392-3673 and tell them you'll like to open a case for an ongoing issue which have or can't be fixed by the dealership after a few visits..

@@handinhandunitedwestand well man they told me my hybrid battery an harness are bad still in the shop so looks like another week or two been in the shop since may 15 already

@robis805 What they will do is repair the bad part, and if the problem still exist from that let them know that you tired of paying or owning a vehicle that's sitting in the repair shop. Also, if you are making payments you can have them make or pay you back for the payments you have made while it's in the shop
