Awesome track, man. You have such great melodic grooves to have fun with. My fingers hurt, and I'd turned off and unplugged the amp after playing for today. Then, I listened to this, and like magic, I was plugged back in, and all pain was gone.

I just played over this right away and thought to myself at the end....wtf was that?? FANTASTIC track for improv. loved it. you keep dropping bangers!!

I'd rather write the "Bbdim7" as "A#dim7" because its role is to work as a dominant chord going to Bm. It is essentially F#7(b9) in disguise, bass on the third, which for F#7 is A#, which is the "leading tone" for Bm. You can also see this in practice: If you try playing scale notes over the chord, you'll notice that B is not flat, you can play B natural perfectly fine. A is sharp.

Nice, thanks! I especially like the Ab dim7 chord. I suck at playing over dim7 chords on the guitar, in cases when they're not in the role of an obvious dominant or secondary dominant. On keyboards I can do it, but getting it under control on the guitar fretboard is still on my to-do list.
