Celebrated mother's day with part 2 of a double-header weekend, running the same course as Saturday, but in reverse. 16th overall, out of 100 cars is not too shabby. If I matched my best, without any cones, I could've gotten to 14th.

50 degrees and really wet all day. Made for some competitive runs. This clean run put me 9th overall, 1st in class. Since last season, I've refreshed shocks (new Sachs all around), sub-frame and differential bushings, front control arm bushings, and importantly, a new windshield. Had some of my best running today. The care felt phenomenal (despite being overdue for some maintenance items) and by the end of the day, I had a time putting me 13th overall in a field of 75 fantastic drivers and cars. I couldn't be more stoked with this excellent end to the season! Time to pay back the car with a good ol' refresh.

Drove in the Madison Subaru FL4T FEST autocross event. Got in nearly 20 runs over my 1.5 hours of open session. I was focused on finding the limit of the car while trying to finish off my tires, and this video has evidence of those successful efforts. The tires were Continental Extreme Contact All Seasons, with 560 TW. I'm glad to have the opportunity to upgrade now!

This was my second run of the day and the fastest. All my runs were within 5 tenths, so running pretty close to the limit. Tried some 1st gear turns, but ended up out of shape each time. Next Time!

Only 2 cones were harmed in the making of this video. But many more might've been hit in runs that did not make it to this video. This was a tricky course, and it was tough managing the weight of this car while being quick.

E46 M3 SMG II Burnout/Clutch Dump Interior Shot

Today I discovered I can trick the E46 M3 SMG transmission into doing a clutch dump by blipping the throttle before flooring it. It seems to sit at around 4K RPM getting going. This is not the SMG II Launch Control, I was in SMG mode 5, Sport Mode, No DSC. I need better tires to take advantage of this.

Second for points event of the season. Car felt great and took me to second place in my class. Only behind an extremely quick '22 Camaro, that may be miss-classed. But I definitely have room to improve.

Drove the Trans Wisconsin Trail over memorial day weekend 2023 with my sister. We did ~1100 miles total in 4 days in my '01 Tacoma with lots of gravel, dirt, pavement, and some rocky ATV trails. DCS Off, SMG mode 6. Brief partial throttle to get rolling, fully lift, then immediately floor it.

what tires you use ?
These are my second event on some Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S' tires. Tons of grip on course, and good in some wet daily driving too.

How I miss my smg !!!!! Do you have the csl flash for it ?
Nope, this is the base flash, but I've been wanting to try it. I've been driving an SMG for 6 years (between 2 cars) and it really is fantastic. Edit: Beautiful white on red coupe, looks great!
@@CRCMotorsports thank you ! You really need to try the CSL flash. Some people say they don’t notice much of a difference but it was a complete game changer for me. If I could have figured out my smg faults without spending any more, I would have kept it
