The newly discovered remains of an ancient village and hilltop stone circle in Co Limerick are within a couple of miles of the famous Lough Gur prehistoric site. Knockadoon hill in Lough Gur is clearly visible and could be walked ia a few hours.

Coolwater Garden is the creation of Kevin Begley. It was first planted in 2009 but the severe frost the following year killed off most of it. It was replanted in 2011 and today the result is stunning.

Due to very heavy rainfall the River Shannon burst it's banks causing widespread flooding. Captured with a drone that decided to return home because of a low battery but didn't quiet make it. Thankfully only suffered battery damage and 3 broken props.

Why did they repeatedly fly over the Ennis Road area with no look-in for the city centre and the southern and western suburbs ????????
John Conway Hi John, the Ennis Road area is on the approach path for runway 28 and the take off path of runway 10. Noise abatement procedures are followed on take off from 10 so we can complete our climb out over less populated areas. Our approach path keeps us rather high over the Jetland area, again, ensuring that we do not cause any disruption to residents on the ground. Thanks

hi Robert. I actually retrieved it and everything works fine. I was flying on a system where the drone returns to home when the battery runs low. I have now switched back to the original setting. anyway enjoy your drone. hours of pleasure ahead for you.

It was mid September but this is the far end of the Cliff walk. The visitor center is a couple of miles away. There were a few tourists around but as i said its a fair hike to get here from the cliffs. You can drive here at Liscannor.
