One of the things that most people are concerned about is the general usage of these batteries. Maybe you could share a video around this and if any warnings you would have before changing this. Mind you this is something I will do on my Voge 900 for the weight savings
@@MarcioAtouguia I don’t see any downside with this battery yet. I haven’t ridden my bike since November Snow/Sweden 🤷🏼 But I will see how it’s acting when I start to ride again.
Does replacing just the small tube, removing the resonator, reduce the heat or increase it since the resonator is insulated?

@@Hof_25 For ”normal” off road it’s ok I did a Gotland Grand National on my 900GS I would want my bike higher But the plate protected the bike so good What else would you want to know?

@@Hof_25 I have my bike in the garage for winter storage (Sweden 🥶) and the engine guard isn’t mounted Check the other 900GS guys at Facebook “900GS forum” Or wait to me to get the bike out? I know that the HP2 Enduro has 7cm higher ground clearance than my bike 😮😮😮

Did you have to have any changes to the ecu or any electronics issues after the installation
@@farrierholly I didn’t change anything in the Eco. I got engine light with the error code on the kat. I have now mounted back the kat. And riding only without the first muffler

I have enjoyed all your videos, lot's of info. I have purchased the same screen as lots of sunglare here in Australia and I find the stock screen gives wind buffering especially wearing goggles. Most of my riding is off- road and it appears the screen is not tall to restict visually. It will arrive soon and will give some feedback.

Hi Ronnie. I've tried to use that connector for a DMD tablet. However, it connects to the power source for the BMW Nav Prep. My set up was to use the Nav Prep with a Wunderlinq, so that I could control the tablet with the BMW whizz wheel. Did you ever find out if there was another GPS plug on the bike that isn't "occupied". Stevie 🏴

Hi Ronnie! The stock OEM brake pedal bends very easily due to it is made out of steel. But you can bend it back due the steel is maleable. The brake pedal you installed is made out of aluminum. So it won’t bend, but rather break. I recon the tip swivels to avoid damage. Question, have you managed to damage the aluminum brake pedal?
@@alvarosolis7837 I did the GGN 2.0 recently And the bike fell over a couple of times 🙈 But the gear/brake pedals are ok, no bend like the original ones. I really like this parts.

Good friend, I'm from Portugal and I have my new BMW F800GS 2024 full extras, I also have the exhaust, it looks beautiful but my question is if you know if the engine is really BMW or is it from China because they told me it was a Chinese engine I know it's not the engine rotax but I don't think it can be the engine made in China it has to be BMW but that's my question if you know if it is or not thank you good videos 😊

How did you get that color combo of black/red frame?? Is that exclusive to certain countries?

Li-Po is short form for Lithium Polymer but i am afraid they haven't used it. Rather they have gone for the conventional lead acid battey which of course is a heavy one.

Hi Ronnie - am I right in saying the lithium battery you installed is the same dimensions as the OEM? - I didn't see you padding it out. (I thought lithium batteries were physically much smaller)

@@RonnieLundbergI found a WRS windscreen that is 9cm higher. Do you think 9cm would be more suitable? But also not too high to intrude when off-road?

LiFePo4 doesn't spontaneously combust. It is much more stable than Li-ion

Hi Ronnie, I believe there are 2 part numbers from Arrow required. The collectors - 71777MI and the Link Pipe 71776MI. They are both not included with 71777MI. If I am wrong let me know.
71777MI includes both parts

Hi I’ve contacted arrow and they say this is only for the 850GS 71777MI & 71776MI and not to use it on the 900. It clearly works for you, just wondering if different part numbers in the uk possibly…
@@alexaldea8991 It should be the same, I bought this kit for my 850GS once upon a time, but never fitted it. Bought a 900GS thinking it was the same F engine, and it worked without problems, it's probably Arrow themselves who haven't had time to test mounting it on a 900GS yet.

@@Coalcreekmonkeys Dyker möjligheten till mappning upp så är jag intresserad. Ljudnivå mässigt så kan det främre röret kvitta. Det räcker med mellan röret för att få ett grövre ljud

I had the k&n also in my 900. But a lot of videos showing dust coming in the engine made me scared. And changed it back stock 🫣
@@misterelectrum5413 👍🏻👍🏻 I think if you ride in a dusty environment you have to clean your air filter more often Like in motocross, you wash your air filter after every practice/race (of course we don’t wash our adventure air filter after every ride 😂)

Please share more info about the workshop manual. Where did you get it? Service manuals are no longer available from BMW in the US.

Ahhh. So you have had the manual for a couple of years I presume. Do you know if you could buy the manual from BMW today? They are no longer sole in the US and I’m curious of there is a European source. Thank you for a great video on the exhaust installation. I’m standing by for an update on how you like the noise level. Also, any check engine codes since the cat is removed?
@@user-zj6go9hb8o Yes had the dvd since 2021. It’s updatable Don’t think you can buy them today. The noise level is a little bit too much for my taste. Did you check the “end screen” of the movie I wrote about the error code there

Great install video . Are you going to remap to take advantage of the CAT delete and has it brought up any fault codes ? A ride review of the decat system would be interesting 👍
