Looks very smooth👍 what flight time is possible with these motors.. Thinking about same set up or bigger motors. Thx
about 7-8 minutes of easy cruising, 5-6 of fast cruising and 4-5 for freestyle with a lot of punchouts.
what motors do you use for XL7?
that flight was with RS 2507 as desccribed in my buildlog kwads.at/building-a-long-range-kwad-iflight-xl7-lowrider-frame/ but i'm waiting for some Racestar AIRA 2508 as they should provide more torque an power in general. the RS 2507s have cheap bearings and a bit to high KV for 7 inch in my opinion

@@laurids4586 currently 1800 but i want to go to 1200 with the new motors and maybe use 5-6S instead of 4S batteries

@@laurids4586 4S seem to go low on cell voltage on longer climbs like 1min 70% throotle
no i'm not driving with the starter - its an electrical motorbike and yes bike and driver might be slightly rusty after the winter

Hej hej! Gute Arbeit! :) Have you tried with 7x4x3 triblades? MfG, Bulcsu
yes i did but it feels faster an more locked in with 2 blades - think motors are not strong enough for propber 3 blade support i'm running 7x4x3 on my other 7 inch build with 2507 motors - but no HD video yet. it has less vibrations than 2blade prop but less top speed around 145km/h
@@xaokkoaxinger9594 Thanks for the reply, I'm just thinking about replacing the Xing 2207 1800kv to 2507 1800kv...but need to try first with 7X4 and 7X4X3 Gemfan due that prop is lighter than the HQ one. What Lipo (5S or 6S?) do you use with the 2507 + 7"?
@@szaszbulcsu here's my new 7 inch buld with the 2507 motors: kwads.at/building-a-long-range-kwad-iflight-xl7-lowrider-frame/ it's poor quality motors - i want to change to 2508 or even 2806 high quality motors in winter - maybe also xing, not sure yet
acutally i have exchanged the minibigger 7" frame to geprc mark4 6" frame and camera jello / vibrations is much less visible. kwads.at/flying-around-loser-near-altaussee-with-a-geprc-mark4-mid-range-build/ n 2306 motors are too small for 7" in my opinion
@@xaokkoaxinger9594 O, nice bird! I have also rebuilt mine to GepRC Mark4 :) , but I have chosen the 7" version. What is your experience between the 6" triblade vs 7" dual blade props on 5S 1800KV?
