I felt so much guilt about my lack of desire to have children. Now that I’m the spiritual community I realize a lot of healers do not have children, because we have other work in this lifetime. I haven’t been able to listen to mainstream music in years. I listen to nature sounds or meditation music or smooth jazz. Looking back at the music I was listening to a few years back…yikes. Now all these musicians are being exposed for some terrible things.

Very often fear creeps in, saying, if you set boundaries you’re gonna stigmatize that person you don’t know the future it’ll throw you into the past just stay the course follow your intuition in your gut feeling

If it’s a safety issue, always go with intuition
