Primarily because the mower does such a great job of mulching so as to leave little to no grass as you mow. I also purchased a small utility trailer to connect to the back of the mower. This has been a god-send as it has allowed me to do some serious pruning and clearing of large areas in the back yard. I've been able to load up the trailer full of tools, drive them to the work-site, and when I'm done, it's just one trip back to the garage to put everything away.*

What was your break in hour oil change?. I'm reading everywhere 250 hours but the dealership says the 1st 50 hours. Thanks in advance

How many hours did you do your break in oil change?

The 10.25 is probably when its bone dry (brand new engine) 8 when doing oil change.

Is that a muilti speed auger? I have the 15C on the same exact machine and it is 1 gear only, and speeds up and slows down with the throttle speed. Seems like that bit is haulin ass right there i like that!

Same engine as Exmark 708. You're correct. My Kohler 33hp EFI. I used less fuel.

How easy is it access the deck?

I bought a Cub Cadet, I think it was a zt1 or something like that, zero-turn with a Kohler engine from Tractor Supply. I brought it home cut my yard with it, did okay, wasn't real happy with the cut. I have a bad back and it beat my back so bad I could only go about two mph across the yard, anyway I took it back to Tractor Supply and went and bought a Toro 54-in myride. That is a great machine I love it I can go full-throttle across the yard it doesn't hurt my back at all. I don't feel a bump or anything and the cut is great way better than the Cub Cadet cut that I tried. If anyone has a bad back or back pain, the myride is absolutely the way to go.

Anyone know how this mower with a 54" deck would be for tall people?

I think your suspension is at its hardest and not the softest setting. Edit: oh I figured that out after I wrote this

They are 3/8 bolt and you use a 9/16 wrench on them.

I like cub cadet better, but that still is a very nice mower.

I've had the same experience trying to level material with a bucket. You can work at it all day and get nowhere. How much do these attachments cost? They seem like the best way to grade with a skid steer.

i have the titan 1500 hd 48 with the same toro 24.5 engine. mine has a 7 gallon fuel tank and i can get 8.5 hours with a full tank before it runs dry.

We've had ours for 4 months...only thing bad is that we are putting the 3rd belt on!!! The belts are expensive! Anyone else having this problem??
