Of course their using steel framing but if they used converted Shipping Containers it would be much much cheaper option with core 10 steel. They'd still have to insulate the exterior & interior as well but still cheaper than what their doing...

Puerto Rico fue una provincia española de ultramar (como Cuba) y como tal contaba con los mismos privilegios que Las Islas Canarias o las Islas Baleares. Actualmente sería una provincia europea de ultramar mas dentro de la Comunidad Económica Europea como ocurre con los países Francia y Holanda que tienen provincias en ultramar y tienen voz y voto en el Parlamento Europeo y gozan de un alto status. Los países son dueños de su destino.
