Don't buy these things are made very cheap and their warranty is a joke. Motor failed, motor bearing failed, both taillight and front light broke, even down to the screws are made cheap and break/snap, both zippers on the bag snapped due to being a very cheap plastic composite (company tried blaming me for it saying I used it inappropriately -- What does that even mean?) If you order replacement brake pads on their website they don't send you the necessary cotter pin and clip needed to replace (Every single other company selling pads include them). There's a setting that is supposed to start the scooter slowly from start -- it doesn't work. Taking bumps will change settings. This company doesn't allow negative reviews on their website, nor their partner sites, in order to keep the public unaware of how bad this product/company is. Avoid.

If that scooter gets lost, damaged stolen, it's going to cost Nami time and man hours resolving the issue while risking the exact same thing, you saying that you had a bad experience. 6:48 ....and of course Michael is still in business and his company is exponentially more profitable years later. For better results follow the accepted procedures in system based services/experiences. Avoid needlessly increasing the complexity/difficulty, this will affect service event experiences & treatment.

Saw your problem with customer service and Nami. I got the Nami Burn e 2. It came with a motor not working properly and in weeks stopped completely with 301 & 302 code being controllers. It was advertised as Crooze-Nami at $4,K , Being a lower price obviously assuming it's a new lower power system that was in my range being on a walking stick to get around it would be a life changer. How wrong I was 😔. Crooze is a short name of Crooze Australia that is unknown around a great deal Australia that has their own warranty not on advertised display. So I'm supposed to send it back to them not having any transport and postal service won't take over 20kgs now it's just an expensive dust collector and I'm still stuck at home for months now. All in all I'd have to agree with your mention of Nami as reaching out was no help at all and being a single dad for 18 years leaving very little money to do anything about it has been depressing to say the least. Wish I saw your review sooner as it seems bad reviews and hidden.

The "throttle modulation" is due to the controller being sinewave and not squarewave like the kaabo

Hi, i got a kaabo 8 pro 24.5 Ah last week and its also noisy like that. but one question, when i use single motor mode, its really weak and does not accelerate that much. i think its even worse than my old 350W ninebot ES4 with single motor. when i use dual motor mode, it goes like hell. is this the same for you? thanks in advance
