Honey Oatmeal Soap

Hi all! This is a small batch of soap with honey, colloidal oatmeal, coconut milk powder, kaolin clay , cocoa butter and other great ingredients. With the addition of honey it did heat up and I had to place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to keep it from overflowing the mold.
Also you will see in the video how all these ingredients plus the fragrance can really cause a soap to trace quickly. 🤪

This is a scrub a dub soap. Each bar contains a loofah. I decided to give it a slight ocean theme with the blue coloring and top each bar with a baby narwhal made from soap dough. This soap is an experiment of several ingredients used all at once. It did heat up pretty hot so I put it in the refrigerator for about four hours so the top wouldn’t crack. I intended on making a tree bark “look” soap with vertical lines and spring colors. But not being much of an engineer I ended up with some soaps vertical, some horizontal and some in blobs of color.
