Hi @Serge Bondarenko, I am failing to find the right words to convey my sadness at the situation you are in and my concern for you, your family and friends and all the people of the Ukraine and how deeply I wish for your safety and well-being. I do not know what to do to help you at this moment and it’s of no use telling you witnessing your pain and suffering I cry every day. What you are going through must be so hard to bear. I’d like you to know I hold and cherish you and all of the people of Ukraine in my heart and physically long for the suffering you’re enduring to end. Each night I practice something called Tonglen. Its of little concern really but it originates in Buddhist teachings. You breathe in all suffering and breathing out ease and peace, safety and all that is good in the universe. I will think of you and hold the image of your face (and imagine all those around you) when I’m doing this practice tonight. I will continue every night until there is peace and your suffering abates. I have donated what funds I can financially as have many people I know in England. It’s important I feel to keep in contact with one another if you’d like this and feel able and ok doing so. Words cannot express how I feel and the depth of longing I have to see your suffering and difficulties end, and the conflict to be over. I’ll try and get you a link to an advert I have seeking people to work with in the UK and France. My music, well it’s certainly not as beautiful or as accomplished as yours. Don’t expect to much from it! Then you won’t be disappointed. It’s not very dharmic if you understand what I’m saying here. Your music is embodied and spiritual in the best most appealing kind of way. Mine sadly isn’t, certainly not the stuff I’ve posted. It’s a bit all over the place. Anyhow just please keep on and let us enjoy basking in your great gifts.
