@@unlit-chilledcorner8368 it is good in 2024 and for 2025. But I feel like Sony could have done more if you look at what the competition is giving us. The software can become buggy sometimes but overall the experience is still good , phone still fast like the first day I got it. Battery life still amazing.

Video dropped a month ago the price was £1400 now it's £999 maybe it's on offer. It will probably go back to the original price. The OG S5 is still cheap with that £1000 you can get an OG S5 and a better lens and extras.

Is this on their new cameras S9 , S5 II , II X ? What Lumix do you have ?

@@victorguevara5074 thank you for your comment and for watching. It all depends with the type of work you do. The S9 has the same image as the S5 II plus it's small , shoots 3:2. The OG S5 has two card slots ,Headphone jack , you shoot BRAW when coupled with the Black Magic Assist. How much is the S5 II in your country ?

My plan is to use the camera for introduce me to full frame and 10 bits log workflow, Im a 3d and cgi artist, and i want mix mi cgi work with live footage for lite commercial work, and some youtube videos, and my budget is precisely that. Sorry for my english and thank a lot!

@@victorguevara5074 if both are the same amount I personally would get the S9 because they have removed the recording limit plus it shoots open gate 3:2, better auto focus. You get new firmware updates. The OG S5 stopped getting updates and it's 4 years old
