So how long am I supposed to charge the collar and remote before use? I've charged them for almost an hour now and the collar still isn't pairing or doing anything.

I've had the remote plugged in overnight and it still is not charged and evidently you can't pair it with the receiver until it is fully charged. Any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong?

my collar stopped working, it has full charge but won't sound, vibrate, or shock. Do you know how to reset it?

Several problems with this style of feeder, sold under many brandnames: 1) Lid's cantilevering spokes do not align with case and top slots accurately enough to actually lock on. 2) Portions are actually twice the volumes set / manual volumes do not match. In fact, minimum portion is way too much. 3) Spring clips to hold food container onto base do not match molded slots, so food container comes off easily. 4) Programming is almost impossible, even by an engineer with eight years electronics education / 35 years experience / three devices patented / IQ of 140. If it's difficult for me with the manual, it would be near impossible for anyone else. Poorly designed input / software interface. 6) Unit vibrates so loudly when actuating the spool, that pet does not want to approach it to eat, even after it is done with cycle. 7) Overall poor construction with cheap, thin plastics that do not match up very well. Several poor designs as stated. Half-cooked consumer product.

Im sold on the vibe mode! I was looking for something less traumatizing per say... Can it only beep as well?

Lazy much? I got 5 bags different kind of food for my puppy, i mix and match the food for him, so he doesn't eat the same shit every meal.

I punched in to feed my puppy 1/2 cup and its spitting out about a cup i redid the settings again and same thing its scary because i have a puggle he will eat until there is no more food 😩

This is a cheap E-SKY pet feeder re-branded. I got mine busted after a long wait time for delivery. Fortunately, my background is in electronics and I was able to re-solder the the skimpy wires. The seller wanted me to pay to ship it back after I already paid for the original shipment. DO NOT lose your manual or it becomes useless when the batteries die or the programming errors out due to food geeting lodged in its gear.

This is the worst feeder ever!!!! I have the exactly same feeder it over portion the size. for example 1/2 gives me=1cup, instead 1/2cup. I don't recommend this product to anyone. I need help to all the cat lovers I have three cats what the exact portion size I should give to three adults cats? Thanks

Needs improvement.Add a wifi connection so it tells your device when a feeding was confirmed.

I bought a similar product and it was absolutely terrible. It would go out of time, feed the wrong amount, and then eventually, not feed at all, even when it was on. Never trust one of these to feed your pet.

With this you need to set it up but get someone to come in and check on your animal once or twice a week to make sure that it is still working and everything

cats don't really care if you're here or not as long as they have à warm place to sleep, enough food to eat and water to drink. So maybe that can be a good item when i leave home for 1 week... hum... maybe a second one in case of failure would bring more security... something to think about...
