Their sales rep commit something else to make a sale and then they demand 10percent without any clarity on paper and copy of sale agreement is blank when you ask for it. Casagrand hola is sold with 2027 commitments but on rera website is 2029 and they will not let that out w/o paying 10percent

One of the best townships in OMR with very good people and all amentities. Their phase 2 project Pacifica Pride Towers is excellent! My parents are very happy staying here. Even during the December 2023 floods, there was no waterlogging here as it is constructed at an elevated height.

WTF @9:30 60 lakhs for just half a ground? Clearly a builder-hyped price! They're driving real estate beyond reach with such unrealistic rates!

One of the Worst Realtor/Builder in Tamil Nadu. None of the amenities committed by them implemented in Phase-2. They charged development cost from every plot owners, which they never did since 9 years. Please don’t believe their fake commitments without enquiring

How come you guys are doing this cheating without any conscience. This is totally ridiculous. You are not even turing your eyes towards the promises you already made and now why are you giving false promises to cheat new people? Just tell what you did so far to the existing plots and then sell the new plots. Everywhere only snakes, rats and weird creatures can be seen. Poor new buyers, if they believe in what they are showing here..

In phase2, we did a mistake by buying the plot (Actually,I booked a villa but after 2.5years they told, you can build it by own, due to this I lost my hard earned money and time unnecessarily) by believing their words and documents(its all waste papers).They will tell lot of lies to sell their plots,once sold that's it. Their real faces comes out. If you want to see the status of their promises pls come to phase 2, have a chat and see it by yourself. For me it was an expensive lesson learnt. For you?

Divyasree provided club house with gym for senior citizens. But nothing for phase II which is promised and we all paid extra money for amenities. They are not providing underground wiring for electricity. For moderate rain itself, EB will not provide power here due to over head electricity. Drinage facility is another big lie.

Hi i am living this community last 7 years at phase 2. Builder committed lot of amenities like club house with all amenities like swimming pool, gym, indoor and outdoor games etc and under ground cabling, seawage water treatment plant, phase 2 not covered under CCTV coverage. Also we are facing Theft issues as well. We are not getting any support from the builder. No maintenance has been take care by them. Even if we are try to contact them to escalate the issues they are not in approachable. Here we are spending in our pocket to complete the issues who ever suffered.

I already have a plot in phase 2 in this township. Builder promised many amenities like club house (for all plots not only for senior citizens) , omr connectivity,etc but only roads and cables are laid. Developer escaped by washing their hands after selling. We have formed community and filed a case against the developer. We are still fighting . Please don't buy in this community

Please avoid this property. We are here almost 5 yrs. They have committed a drainage system, club house, play area etc. Nothing has happened till date. What ever they are showing here it's fake. It's the senior citizens area. For common areas no improvement. Security is available but no use. As well you want to know more ping me. No drainage, electricity is not fully underground.
