What I'm confused by is that people say how dangerous LA is and it's a city of 4 million with about 300 murders a year. New Orleans has a population of 300k with 350 murders, Baltimore has a population of 600k with 400 murders. With these statistics I don't see it being that dangerous of a city in comparison to these two.
