IF you dont do the next procedure in Windows. Windows CHANGE THE ERP option and never work: "you can solve this in 2 steps: 1 - Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Change Settings Scheme > Change Advanced Power Settings > USB Settings > and deactivate Selective Suspension; 2 - Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose What Power Buttons Do > Activate Settings Currentlly Unavailable > scroll down to Shutdown Settings > disable Activate Fast Start.

my lock has been set up with a few fingerprints, but even then with the padlock close I can do the same procedure to add a new fingerprint, and then open it, what the heck! Anyone can come in, add a fingerprint and open it! at least with mine.

If I am not wrong, there will be blinking red light from the mouse to indicate that the battery is low.

Is there an option on this board to disable USB power in sleep mode? I have the option to boot with the keyboard and mouse disabled, and yet when I press the key the computer activates.
There should be some settings in the BIOS that disable "waking" of your PC via mouse or keyboard. You can try searching for that and disable them.

Hi! Tks for the video but mine doesn't flash green or red. I only see a solid blue for a few seconds when I try to set up the fingerprint. Even when I try 10 times as per the instructions there is no green light. Do you think it is defective?
Flashing green light is the indicator. If yours doesn't show green light, it is either you missed some steps or it is faulty. Do check back with the seller.
Can u test whether this is anti-slip or not? Like in wet or oily surface.
Have tested. The grip of this shoe is not that good on slippery surface. Especially when it is worn out.

"Wireless Network Error" means it cannot connects to your wifi network. Check your password then check whether did you limit the number of IP address for your network.

After enabling erp my computer makes strange flash when i press power button, just all the rgp pops up for a second then turns propely, when erp is disabled there is no such thing, is this normal ?

How do you know it should be red to red and black to white? What if you have three wires on each side - a black, a white and a red on one side and a black, a white and a blue on the other? What goes to what?
For DC, usually there are only 2 wires. Usually Red or Brown is +ve. Black or Blue is -ve. If you have a multimeter, then you can test the polarity to confirm.
