Actually you have to earn every stuff in game counted as 100% to get the trophy included: Hp, Sp, Ep, Data disk, Plant seeds, 100% map data, ability upgrades, device upgrades & posters. It is quite challenge so I hope you will get them soon.

Have you got all the side quests I showed in the video? Once you get them all and finish the final mission, you will get it.

i'm afraid your game might meet a bug or something. Once you ending the game at chapter 6 it should be available right away (if u have 31 tracks).
