I am sorry that you had to go throught this bad experience. The reason why the hospital the doctore and the nurse change the notes in your files, is beccause the knew the F up big time, and they don't want to be sude for neglets or mal practice.
Thank you for shedding light on this. I am currently facing this condition. It’s good to hear someone who has gone through it and on the other side (besides now dealing with the residual trauma). It’s scary to face but I trust God and thank Him I’m not alone. May God bless you on your journey. I pray you grow closer to Him through all this, and experience His peace and healing, in Jesus’ name! 🤍🙏✝️
