i made an add button to record data at the table. this works only once. when i try to enter new data and press the add button again, the previous data record gets replaced by the new one. i dont want the previous one to get replaced. i just want a new record added. what do i do? please help!

How can i permit only one user to log in into my application at the same time and update database, Access local database?, because when more than one user logs in at the same time only the first will have his data stored in Access database file and not the others.
