Aldi has crap food. More likely to have a recall on it. Shopped there once, wasn’t impressed at all. Even the meat, fruit, and vegetables were suspect.

I’m Not a big ALDi’s fan. It is confusing to me. But the biggest issue is that it takes more fuel for me to travel half way across waco to get there. I do stop by if I already have business or doctors appointment in that area. Besides being half way across town I live south of waco so that adds time and takes extra fuel. Plus it’s on one of the busiest traffic area in town. So safety is also a concern as I’m older.

I fast on Mondays and Thursday some weeks might be Tus and thu,. I have 50g of oat bran with sm milk and apple, lunch veggies with a tiny bit of cheese on top , dinner a slimfast dink, and lots of coffee and and diet soda, rest of the week eat 1700 cal a day, weekends I eat 2500 a day .. works out on Average about 1500 to 1600 cal a day

I order from Sprouts through Insta-Cart and haven't been able to get the lava cake. I got it once and it was good, but today it isn't even listed. I'm going to see if I can get those turkey/feta burgers. They sound good.
