It's unbelievable that professional adults behave like broken children. I am an RN and it is quite toxic like this as well.. aside from the physical harrassment. It has given me so much strength and has refined me personally and professionally...i continue to use the work place as a practice field for my own spiritual lessons.

That was an excellent reading. This has been a theme in my life for most of it.. internalizing others' projections. Others' projections are a reflection of their own internal environment. I am learning, and putting into practice, the practice of internal validation as opposed to external validation. It does not matter what others think or feel about you, what matters is what you think and feel about yourself. Work is a great practice field for fine tuning yourself and not absorbing others' energies or projections. Words don't even need to be spoken because the energy is undeniable and speaks for itself. It can be like high school... i now see others who behave in such ways as no longer intimidating but rather more like the man behind the curtain. Respectable people respect others.

I was being harassed in my County job, by a couple of hags that spied for the management. They were a gossipy group-and one was told to follow me around at job sites and into the bathroom “to see why I was in there so long”…It was such a toxic, evil, cold environment that I ended up addicted to pills, stuck in an abusive relationship, and having a nervous breakdown. I couldn’t find an attorney to help me because I was a member of the so-called County “Union”, which used their own Union reps. I of course LOST when they filed a lie filled reprimand that suspended me without pay for 2 weeks and never feeling the same. I’ve tried talking to a therapist about it, but I still have PTSD symptoms. I wishI’d start feeling better again.

Need motivation. Google up some St. Jude’s commercials and look at those incredible kids! Tends to give me a solid kick in my backside when I get pissy. Ketamine IV therapy changed my life as well. Pills & talk didn’t do it for me. Eliminating alcohol (29-months) & removing toxic people - including family… I’m getting there. Wish I learned it earlier in life. Stay strong… sometimes we fail and that’s okay.
