wow
I do appreciate his excellent workmanship but the video did not provide how burners are made by hand.
The burners are made by Gaudard in France. There is a separate "How It's Made" episode for their work.
beautiful❤
Brilliant! I have a silver one. (Ahem) I jabbed at it with a knife before watching this…. I know. Big sigh….😮💨
Beautiful

Diesel ⛽ lamp? 🪔
😅😂
There’s a product called lamp oil.
Lovely!!!!
Love mine!
Beautiful work! I've never seen pewter oil lamps before. If you're craftsman is interested, Nizoral Dandruff Shampoo seems to kill nail fungus. I had it on a toe and am seeing very good progress since starting using it only a few weeks ago. I use a toothbrush to work it under the nail and so far - so good. : )
second part is so damn random
@@jgood1227 I can see where you would think that, but the first craftsman has a thumb in need of treatment. I noticed and offered a suggestion that worked for me. That's all.
Jesus dude, just get antifungal cream, don't do weird science experiments on yourself with random chemicals.
@davids6533 this video is cut from an old tv program called how its made, and that show was filmed in like the 90's early 2000's

Trying to find a pewter bracelet hammered
This paraffin lamp costs 250 dollars!! Too much...
I just found a set of pewter candlesticks like this one in my stored decor never used since I got at a thrift store - had no clue they were vintage pewter made in holland - it had scotch tape holding them together so they are sticky - how do I remove the adhesive?
Beautiful, so nice to see hand made products that are both beautiful and functional!
Que maravilla
Never knew that job was so simple... Thanks 🤩
Very nice, and I'm jealous..
fascinating and fun. your products are top notch.
Beautiful work, a true work of art
How do I clean the glass globe?
By a very common pipe brush, simple! Don't you have a brain...?!
They're probably variations that are done without a set pattern so they are not all identical? (but similar)
I have a pewter broach that has turned dark. I believe someone thought that it was silver and used silver polish on it. Any ideas as how to restore it ?

Amazing !
How would you solder a antique copper and brass street lantern with the glass in place?
Well that's one way to carve it accurately, and then have a great lunch!
Great videos. What type of paint do you use? Thanks.
How can it be 1 of a kind when there are 10 of them. lol.
Wow, that one mighty fine oil lamp! Any links to your store?
Very nice lamp base but, for functional oil lamps the burner and appropriate chimney is what matters... I looked at your link and from the dimensions of your lamp in this video compared with the suggested replacement chimney and wick size sold on your site... It appears to be somewhere around #10 size Kosmo Type burner. If so, What # size Kosmo is it? If not, What type and size of a burner is it exactly? I could not find who the manufacturer of the burner you put on your lamps actually is on your website. Quality Kosmo burner manufacturers like Gaudard in France or Maybe Den Haan in the Netherlands? Something else? Sorry to be so enquiring about specifics but, for the price you sell the lamps with these burners, I would like to know before choosing to buy one. If they are not a standard sizes by Gaudard or Den Haan then not only the shape of chimney and length of wick come into play but then, the actual thickness of the wick sold for replacement must be considered into the lamp's not-so-immediate future use as well if not made by one of the very few big name manufacturers left in the world who make quality Kosmo type burners today. Any specs on the burner as specified above would greatly be appreciated.... You do make one lovely crafted Pewter base font to go with whatever burner it may be, which is why I ask. I have a Kosmo burner size #14 on a pewter fount with a 7.5 inch shade made by Meeuws from Holland, the Netherlands. Just can't buy them new in pewter like that anymore except for hopefully you folks...
You are expert of oil lamps. I am manufaturer of oil lamps from razvi international
