Had mine for about 5 months. Can’t beat the quality and reliability for the price. Absolutely love this thing!
This seems to be incomplete…You have an extra tube and do not disuss adding the filet the filters.
How does the smart life plug work with the cold plunge. I can turn the power on and off but that won’t make the cold plunge start button turn on.
Having issues with my plunge freezing and getting air trapped. Any advice? Thanks!

Is there any reason that i can’t modify the connections with valves? Other competitors use a strainer on the inlet side of the chiller for larger debris and hair.. if someone wanted to put this inside a finished basement, would you recommend some hose clamps for a little added security for the hoses falling off?
We recommend setting up the way we have it, but you can modify if you choose to!
How do you set up the casters? They don't seem to fit at all?
They screw directly into holes on the bottom the unit. They do not go on the side mounts, thanks!
Could i buy one of these chiller units and a grizzly cooler and make my own tub. I dont like the blow up tub
Yes you can its under parts and accessories on our site. To each his own but it is far more comfortable than the grizzly!
