Sometimes lists give me anxiety and I just had to feel - if I get one thing done off my list per day- then I accomplished something. I am learning from the tools you are choosing too - recognizing and facing. The joy of a puppy will hopefully be a fun one!! Thanks for sharing and hope it gets better during the week!❤

I’m sorry you’re little one is not feeling well. I would hate for my daughter to get sick that would make me upset. It’s upsetting when she’s cranky and it’s hard to deal with that. Sometimes you have to step away like take like 10 minutes for a break

Aww your daughters named Amelia too that’s great. I had my daughter a month ago so I had to go on a mental health vacation because I was not feeling OK with postpartum depression. Got the help I needed and I feel much better. If I can’t take care of myself, I can’t take care of my daughter. I love you for your mental health. That’s great I’m a strong, strong advocate for that for mental health. I’m actually thinking of doing it on channel. Disney is my therapy pretty much.
