No, hell is not a real place. Hades/Gehenna was a fictitious place that Hellenized Jews adopted from the Greeks during the intertestamental period (1 Enoch, Judith, etc.). The Jews replaced Cheron with Adam or Abraham. But in the Old Testament David, Hezekiah, Job, and Solomon made it clear that in the grave there is no awareness. Jesus was NOT the first to mention Gehenna/Hades. He just used what the Hellenized Jews believed to make an illustration. The Pharisees kind of adopted Hades/Gehenna, but they thought that some disembodied soul stayed there for a year or so. There is no eternal soul.

I agree with you brother but I just watched one of your recent sermons called am I called. love your teachings. And don't get me wrong I'm just maybe trying to give you some constructive criticism. I notice you weren't holding a Bible referring to the exact words from the Bible but just giving an outline of the story you read from the Bible. Maybe there's nothing wrong with that but with this message you just gave of having the word in your mouth I don't know why but I feel like it's supposed to be the exact words and that there isn't anything wrong with holding your Bible in your hand referring to the exact words. With that being said I'm praying I take in the word and write it on my heart so it is ready to leave my lips. But thank you brother hope I delivered this in a way you can pray about and maybe tell me if I'm not getting this. Love you brother. Thank you for your devotion to Christ daily. Truly trying to live that way the rest of my life.

That is not the point. The fact is that children can get on social media and see things and watch things and hear things. They should not be hearing seeing or watching. If social media banned all the bad things, then it would be OK. Ay and another point is that social media has ruined children. Children used to go outside and play and have real friends and real lives. Now they're all just stuck on their phones or devices. Social media is not good.
