We cleaned the engine and let sit over night to dry before looking for oil drip. And we got lucky, check it out.

Found multiple oil leaks in common places. Identify them, order the parts and clean the oil off. We used Purple Power degreaser and did a before and after view.

Got a screaming deal off facebook for $500. Lets fix it up and see what we can build it into.
You did this completely wrong. You were supposed to service this when changing valve cover gasket, you were supposed to open the 2 12mm bolts on top of the cam cap and slide it in and put the cam cap on and close the valve cover. You’re not supposed to force it in like that, that’s why it broke
Ya mine is the same way right now. it feels like the car is in limp mode. It only tops out at 140 kilometres. Hopefully this will fix it. It also is leaking oil from the coolant hose on the egr. Great video it helped out a lot.

Hi, is this an automatic or 5 speed? I had the exact same thing happen because I was lazy after replacing the turbo and just bolted the top bolt. Also, have you had any issues since? Thanks.

Lol i have 3 other RUclips channels but this one is hard to get going because they're so many car channels. I kind of abandoned it. i have a 1999 accord i did some work on and i blew the motor on my 05 civic after only putting 6k miles after buying it
It threw a rod threw the front of the block on the interstate. New motor ordered Friday. Hopefully it will be here by the weekend.
