It was wonderful except for 1 thing, it would be helpful to see you from the back because it's easy to get mixed up on the body directions when you are watching a television screen.
I just place my screen in front of a mirror so it’s flipped in the right direction and follow that way. Hope that helps!

Связка хорошая но недотреннированная , из-за этого смотрится смазано и пропадают акценты ещё quick надо немножко острее а slow немножко медленнее. И поменяйте фон потому что он реально съедает вас. Надеюсь вы адекватно воспримете мои замечания как тренера. Успехов вам и роста
