I live a 3 min walk from the Loop Beach in Cotuit, on Nantucket sound. I can offer warmer water than the beaches you show. I also offer parking and lodging.

I used to live at 7 Martin's Cove Road in World's End. Lots of great memories there during my middle school and high school years. We had an easement that led to a little beach where we moored our turnabout. You could sail over to the Hingham Yacht Club to meet up with friends.

Gunrock up off Atlantic Hill east of Nantasket. Parkings like impossible, but it's a great little beach.

If you go to the coast of Scituate, take deep breaths of that great Atlantic air. I grew up in Hingham but I always loved Cohasset and Scituate too.

I have lived in the Avalon at the Hingham Shipyard for 3+ years. It was great, great office and great maintenance -- but for the last 6 months we have HORRIBLE problems with STRONG trash smells in the hallways most days. They have not fixed it despite many, many complaints. The hallways are not especially clean, everything has gone downhill during 2024. We also have terrible mice (unless you have a cat), but in the last few months it seems to be better. The pool has a lifeguard, is only 4' deep and there are not adult-only hours, closes at 8pm. As for parking, there are always empty spaces. The ferry is great. The Shipyard is great. 5 min drive to Nantasket beach, which is clean and very nice.

Pinehills is not 85 dollars and never has been. On a weekday it's 130 with a cart and 160 on weekend. Went up a little last couple years. Good list and video though.

Your number 1 beach is a private beach for residents only. At least two others on your list have resident-only parking, making parking pretty much impossible for non-residents (at least in season). Message received. I live on the south shore and go to local beaches year-round. Wouldn’t it be preferable to feature a list that only includes public beaches with parking available to all?

Mayflower beach, Coastguard, Minot, Truro, and the one in Sandwich. Nantasket as well.

The problem with Duxbury Beach is the Rocks. Holy crap it's rocky.... picturesque yes... But it's a tough beach to enjoy at times
