This was my 1st spot and this is where everything started and life started to turn around for me. One in a million type arrangement that just seemed to "work out". Fought through some shit in this building and accomplished some things that I'm very proud of. This is where I first started talking to new friends that have become very meaningful friendships. Very thankful to have had this spot.

Tig welding schedule 10 304 stainless manifold runners on the positioner
Просмотров 7502 года назад
Just a collection of footage I got while welding and ducking around these runners on the positioner. The point of the positioner is to weld each weld joint in one pass. This will help eliminate angular warpage and maintain all warpage laterally (weld shrinkage) this is an aerospace technique that helps maintain lateral, angular, and rotational tolerances for tubular welded assemblies. www.kavon...

@Kavonikov Customs Sponge -- one movement per one weld. Spray -- many movements. Sponge -- complex of muscles (precision, speed, stamina). Spray -- one muscle, that gets tired quickly. Actually, I was never thinking about it this way but it's quite logical.
