Lol, I had to chuckle at the hexagon jars. Not because of anything you did at all, but because I have the round jar version of this mold and I despise it. I actually own a lot of the molds by Floree (the company that makes this mold) and love most of their 2 part molds. I especially love their food molds. And there is a learning curve with their molds. You will waste a lot of resin because there will always be spillage. Toenail Clippers work great for trimming off the excess. But these jar molds are horrible! I have never been able to get them to work well. I do not understand why they made them upside down for one thing. Why make it so that they are open at the bottom? Just stupid. And you are correct. The bottoms do not fit! And the jar lids do not fit either! Such a stupid design.

I love Hobby Lobby but their supply is very limited for miniatures so I go usually to etsy or minimum world, a dollhouse store that's located in London. I love this hobby

Thanks. Good inspiration here. Don't forget to look in the floral section - they have a small area for fairy houses. I f I understand an adorable ladder I'm going to use for blankets in the living room of my dollhouse.

I know this is 2 years old. This spring, they actually had a few miniatures on clearance. The furniture sets that were discounted were incredibly cheap. Also got trim sets for about $1. Very rare to see these discounted at Hobby lobby.

Regarding the old phone: The loose piece on the cord is for your ear. You stand in front of the box and speak into the center circle area. Typically, there was a crank on the side the caller turned to alert the switchboard operator that you wished to connect your line to another phone and the operator would plug you in at her switchboard to the desired number.
