Really great video series thank you. Is there no other way of auto updating the calendar view rather than polling the database? it seems like a waste of resources. In this case it isn't too bad, but I have built similar apps using a client to view the data and update. The only way I could do this was using regular polling to update. I did get it working with Service Broker using MSSQL the once, but this proved to be very complicated and not really worth the hassle.

my form is having a issue with the panel that contains the UCs. Whenever the sidebar is minimize, they will show up the entire UC correctly, otherwise the UC will be missing its right side. I have set the Max and min size, size when create etc but none works. Any one knows how to fix this ?

I see many people can't figure out some parts of this video, here is answers for them: 1. Where is Dashboard, About, etc files in my solution? Answer: You should create it yourself, author didn't show that part. You just have to google how MDI(Multiple Document Interface) works and how to use it, also there are videos in youtube how to use MDI 2. What is the purpose of the class in the end of the video? Answer: It is optional you can skip it if you want. It uses external dll which is user32.dll to run shown methods such as SetWindowPos, SetWindowLong, GetWindowLong. They are impelemented in user32.dll, which is windows system file. You can google them if you want to know what they exactly do, but shortly, that class just removes the border in MDI area, if you watch carefully, it vanishes after that code. Also it removes ability to move window, it is just "glued" in one position 3. Where is third party control buttons, i.e. close, maximize, minimize buttons? They belong to the external package called RealTaiizor, you can download it from nuget package manager. You can find it right clicking to Project in solution explorer and clicking to Manage nuget packages. P.S. I might be wrong about some parts, but that's what I could find. And I managed to get exact same result Good luck with further learning

If yall are having issues with the calendar displaying 0000-00-00 then it might be because you should change the followig code line to txdate.Text = Calendar.static_year+"-"+Calendar.static_month+"-" +UserControlDays.static_day; instead of txdate.Text = Calendar.static_month+"/"+UserControlDays.static_day+"/" +Calendar.static_year;
