I visited Yap years ago. I would love to see more of the FSM. Such a fascinating place.
That's right, proud to see my families in the drumming, 5 members. God bless you all, Ki mua.
Very nice. I look forward to seeing you at the FestPac2028 in New Caledonia!
Amazing! So many fine people out there....
Best in cultural entertainments, dancing, drumming, singing etc. ONLY IN THE COOK ISLANDS ❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Princess kai'ulani's aunty. She was the last princess and destined to be queen of Hawaii and all Hawaiians but was banished to england/scotland when British settlement occupied hawaii in the mid 1800s. When she cane back to hawaii. Her people had been murdered and asian and british prostitution was brought in by the navy and the princess of hawaii seeked into america for help but was a hard battle but one president of america eventually came across the princesses story and that he ended up changing laws to give hawaiians to work and vote alongside white british settlement. Which he allowed only for the princess to go back to hawaii and let her people know and to get behind and vote and that Kanaka aka tribe leadership members overall british rule with the help of white leaders of the pacific. Eventually she is granted that wish and becomes inducted to become queen which she does in a ceremony. But before she is officially made queen and crowned queen infront of her people. She dies of a young age of mid 20s from all the trauma, kaos, suffering of her people. She died for her people. R.I.P Princess Kai'ulani.. Gone but not forgotten by her people. She up there with her great grand uncle Maui.
Wow! That was an excellent account of the History of the way to short life of our Beloved Princess. Mahalo Nui Loa 🤙🏻
Respect to the ponapei warriors from yall Brothers from chuuk🤙🇫🇲
I don't know what to say about this performance??
Malo Fiji
Malo FSM
wow they look mixed, like between polynesian and spanish looking features
Many are Chilean/RapaNui mestizos, but RapaNui is what runs most through their blood, the song, the dance and the culture.😊In the end they are just physical features
Same as Hawaiians. Hawaiians are all mixed up. Polynesian + Chinese, Portugese, Filipino, Japanese, European, and everything else. Hawaiians are probably the most mixed of all Polynesians because of Hawaii's diverse population.
As a hamo, the kukis are the kings of drumming of all polynesia, they are the best
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Can’t wait to visit the island

The FestPAC was such an amazing experience. After watching an early performance, I knew right away that I would try to encapsulate and share what I felt with as many people as I could. The dancing and singing created a feeling of unity that I will never forget.

The face painting is quite different from the original Siassi face paintings. I think it is over done. Also inclusion of young Siassi dancers in such overseas trips should be encouraged in the future.
What's your point by saying it's over and done 😀
