This is perhaps the best example of how too much money can turn into crap. And this place truly is crap. It would be worth it for somebody to level the joint and start over with sanity.

That remark usually means that the person making that remark is troubled by their own lackings--wealth and otherwise--and, therefore, cannot appreciate other's achievements and accomplishments!
